Luis Vuitton.

Michael Kors.

Lily Pulitzer.

Coach.

What comes to mind when you see or hear those names?

If you’re like me, you instantly think designer, expensive, and department stores.

The very last thing that would come to my mind would be a pawn shop, but that is exactly where I found several items made by those exact designers and at very reasonable prices!

If I am being honest when I was asked to collaborate with National Pawn and Jewelry I was very skeptical at first, I don’t think pawn shops have the best reputation and I instantly thought: sketchy.

I couldn’t have been more wrong, upon entering the store several members of the staff greeted me and asked how they could be of service. Aside from the friendly staff I was also impressed with the size, layout, and cleanliness of the store. Far from what I imagined a pawn shop to look like, or how they are portrayed in most shows and movies.

Ian, a Sales Associate was my helper and he was very friendly and knowledgeable of the store’s inventory and procedures. National Pawn carries a large variety of items such as computers, kitchen appliances, musical instruments, gaming systems, jewelry, and designer bags just to name a few.

Being the fashionista that I am, I was interested in learning more about the designer items they have available and Ian was great at showing me around and explaining their procedures.

There is an impressive selection of sunglasses, jewelry + bags. This coach wristlet caught my eye, love the fun pink color and I loved the affordable price even more! They even had a Louis Vuitton mini clutch!

I typically don’t buy expensive sunglasses, because – kids. But the selection at National Pawn was both stylish and affordable.

I’m glad I was able to have this opportunity because now I’ll definitely consider a visit to a pawn shop as an option when looking for something designer. It’s very similar to a consignment shop.

At National Pawn they have a 3-day full refund return policy with receipt, but you have up to 30 days to return for in store credit.

They also have layaway options:

10% down and 10 months to pay for Jewelry. The Glenwood location even has a $30,000 diamond up for grabs if you’re interested! 😉

For other items it’s 20% down and 3 months to pay. Which seems fair to me.

So the next time you’re looking for that perfect bag or need a new pair of shades or maybe even a new piece of sparkly jewelry stop into National Pawn and see what they have in stock!

I’ve shopped at National Pawn before, and they are great! My husband bought my 20th anniversary ring from there, which left us with enough money in the “celebration budget” for a weekend in Charleston as well!!
